How to order
We aim to make ordering one of our coffins or caskets as simple and easy as possible.
Step 1: Browse our web site
We have a number of coffin options, in terms of the construction material, colour and shape. Please take time to look at the pictures and the full product details, options and availability.
Step 2: Choose your coffin
When you have chosen the style of coffin that you would like to order, you will need to select the coffin size. This would normally be the height of the person + 2" and the width across the shoulders + 2”. If you are unsure, contact your funeral director.
Step 3: Choose your options
There are different options for different coffins; however, with all coffins you will need to choose a name plate. Included in the price of the coffin is a standard Bamboo name plate which is blank. If you prefer another kind of name plate, you can select one of our other name plate options for an additional charge (see the nameplate tab below the product details) or click here.
If you want the nameplates engraved, complete lines 1 & 2 for the standard name plate and 1, 2 and 3 for the other nameplates. Please check the spelling carefully before you process the order. Please note engraving has an additional charge.
Completing this step will put the items in your basket and you can either continue shopping or go to Review and Checkout.
Step 4: Review your order
You can now review all the elements of your order. Please check that everything is correct. You can amend or remove items in your basket. Once you are happy the order is correct, move to “Select Delivery” and select your delivery option, then click “checkout.” Click here to view our delivery page.
Step 4: Enter your details and delivery information
You will need to enter an E-mail address so that we can send the Order confirmation, Invoice and Dispatch confirmation.
Please enter your details and the address to which the coffin should be delivered to, including postcode and contact phone number.
You will have an option to review the delivery option. Once you are happy, tick that you accept our Terms and Conditions and press the “Submit and Continue” button.
Step 4: Payment
Payments are taken via PayPal and you can pay with PayPal, credit or debit card. When you click on the PayPal button you will be transferred to the PayPal site so you can enter your payment details (we don't hold any of this information on our site). You are not required to have a PayPal account to submit payment using a credit or debit card. Once this is completed and approved you will see the order confirmation screen with your order number and order details.
Within a few minutes of placing the order, you should receive an E-mail order confirmation with your attached PDF invoice. If you have not received this within 15 minutes of placing your order, please check your Spam and Junk folders, If you still don't see it please call (0800 193 0353) or E-mail us email@example.com
Please double check your order confirmation when you receive it and notify us immediately if anything is incorrect.
We will check the order details and may call you or your funeral director to confirm details.
Step 4: Dispatch & Delivery
Once your order has been picked and dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation E-mail.
Our deliveries are 1-3 business days and in most cases next day (providing you ordered before noon).
We may contact you or your funeral director to ensure the safe arrival of the coffin (usually by e-mail).
All our prices include VAT. Although we show flowers in most of our pictures, these are not included.
