We want you to be completely happy with you purchase and the condition it arrives in.
If you are not completely satisfied you can return the Coffin / Casket (the return delivery charge would be at your expense) and chose a replacement or have a refund, If the Coffin is a custom design then the refund will only be 50% of the original purchase price, just let us know within 30 days
What happens if the coffin / casket is damaged in transit
On the very rare occasions that a coffin / casket is damaged in transit, please notify us within 24hrs and provide a photo of the damage (this will allow us to process a claim with the shipping company). We will immediately ship a replacement coffin / casket and arrange for the damaged one to be returned.
