We want you to be completely happy with you purchase and ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
If you are not completely satisfied you can return the Coffin / Casket (the return delivery charge would be at your expense) and chose a replacement or have a refund, if the Coffin is a custom design then the refund will only be 50% of the original purchase price, just let us know within 30 days
What happens if the coffin / casket is damaged in transit
On the very rare occasions that a coffin / casket is damaged in transit, please notify us within 24hrs and provide a photo of the damage (this will allow us to process a claim with the shipping company). We will immediately ship a replacement coffin / casket and arrange for the damaged one to be returned.
1. Call (0800 193 0353) or email firstname.lastname@example.org (we’ll need your full name and order number).
2. Confirm if the coffin / casket has either been damaged in transit or you just wish to return it , if it’s damaged we will require a photo of the damage, if it’s just being returned we will confirm the return shipping cost (which will be deducted from the original price), we’ll arrange for it to be collected.
3. We’ll process your refund the same day, but please allow 3-4 working days for the funds to be credited back to your debit/credit card or PayPal account.
